We start with an inspirational warm up routine then go into intervals of cardio and kickboxing to keep the heart rate up and maximize fat burning. Workouts are designed to be challenging, fun, and suitable for all fitness levels. All exercises can be modified to meet your level, and you can take breaks whenever you need to.
Kickin' It With Kathy is suitable to all fitness levels! Both beginners and advanced workout people will enjoy the benefits of the exercises. Difficulty levels can be adjusted for each individual.
Have a workout mat or thick towel for ground exercises, a positive attitude, water, and energy! Most classes will not require equipment. If equipment is required, bring free weights for yourself to use (think 20 reps/exercise). If you do not have free weights or access to some, you can use filled water bottles or cans of beans, or even a stuffed backpack.
Online! We use Zoom Meetings to facilitate the classes. You will get an email with an invitation link to join the virtual workout room after you sign up.
Everyone around the world can join! All fitness levels are welcome. You can modify any exercises and take breaks whenever you need to.
Exercise makes you feel good, it is important to get in your workouts. If your gym is closed and/or you can't get outside...you can still take care of yourself, and you don't need a lot of space or equipment to do it well.
Elevate your day by adding in some exercise.
You can purchase a single drop-in class, one month of Unlimited classes, or 6 months of Unlimited classes (best deal).
Small Group Training can be a fun, effective, and affordable way to reach your fitness goals. Small Group training consists of 5 to 10 participants.
In the Small Group training session, the focus is on cardiovascular and strength exercises. Different levels of intensity are offered to accommodate the novice, intermediate or advanced exerciser. There IS a level for YOU!
