Professional Meal Prep and Delivery Packages (An Exclusive service for personal training clients ONLY):

Ten meals:  $  110.

Fifteen meals:  $ 160.

Nutrition Counseling, Two Sessions:       $150

          (Includes recommended substitutions based on your current food intake)
